柴油機(jī)水泵泛指以柴油機(jī)為動(dòng)力，泵組通過(guò)彈性聯(lián)軸器由柴油機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)，具有先進(jìn)合理的結(jié)構(gòu)，效率高，汽蝕性能好，振動(dòng)小，噪聲低，運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)、可靠和裝拆方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

柴油機(jī)動(dòng)力型驅(qū)動(dòng)泵（或消防泵組）由臥式離心泵與柴油機(jī)、電器儀表等設(shè)備，安全緊密地安裝在一公共底架上，通過(guò)控制線和信號(hào)線與電控箱相連。
Type power diesel engine driven pump (or fire pump group) by horizontal centrifugal pump and diesel engine, electrical instruments, such as equipment, installed in a public security closely chassis, through the line of control and signal lines connected to the electric cabinet.

1、用于消防備用主泵，稱(chēng)為XBC柴油機(jī)消防水泵；
Used for fire fighting standby main pump, called XBC diesel fire pump;

2、用于工業(yè)應(yīng)急用途，如鍋爐給水，高溫給水等；
Used for industrial emergency use, such as boiler feed water, high temperature feed water, etc.

3、用于無(wú)電源地區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)灌溉，稱(chēng)ZCSB自吸無(wú)堵塞柴油機(jī)自吸泵。
ZCSB is used for agricultural irrigation in areas without power supply.

在準(zhǔn)備首次起動(dòng)柴油機(jī)水泵時(shí)，檢查所有設(shè)備的安裝情況，按下列要求進(jìn)行啟動(dòng)：
When preparing to start the diesel engine water pump for the first time, check the installation of all equipment and start the engine according to the following requirements:

從加油口向柴油機(jī)和水泵懸架內(nèi)注入機(jī)油，并用油尺檢查油位，符合要求高度；
Inject the engine oil into the diesel engine and pump suspension from the oil inlet and check the oil level with the oil gauge to meet the required height.

從膨脹水箱向柴油機(jī)內(nèi)加入冷卻水，水位到2/3膨脹水箱高為宜；
Add cooling water from the expansion tank to the diesel engine, and it is advisable to increase the water level to 2/3 of the expansion tank height.

在油箱內(nèi)裝入柴油，壓動(dòng)排氣手壓泵，讓柴油通過(guò)過(guò)濾器進(jìn)入機(jī)內(nèi)；
Install diesel fuel in the fuel tank and press the exhaust manual pressure pump to let the diesel oil enter the machine through the filter.

連接水泵進(jìn)出口管道及閘閥，關(guān)閉出水管路的閘閥，出口壓力表和真空壓力表；
Connect the inlet and outlet pipes and gate valves of the water pump, close the gate valves of the outlet pipes, the outlet pressure gauges and the vacuum pressure gauges;

向水泵及進(jìn)水管灌水或真空引水，并排空內(nèi)部空氣；
Water is pumped or vacuumed into water pumps and inlet pipes, and the air inside is emptied.

打開(kāi)外循環(huán)冷卻水閥門(mén)；
Open the external circulating cooling water valve;

在進(jìn)口閥門(mén)全開(kāi)，出水閥門(mén)關(guān)閉情況下，起動(dòng)柴油機(jī)水泵，當(dāng)柴油機(jī)達(dá)到正常轉(zhuǎn)速后再逐漸打開(kāi)出水管路上的閥門(mén)，并調(diào)節(jié)到所需的工況。
At the inlet valve fully open, the water valve closed cases, starting diesel pumps, when the diesel engine reaches normal speed, then gradually open the valve outlet pipe road, and adjust to the desired operating mode.
