并機柜，亦稱發電機自動控制柜，當兩臺及以上發電機組聯合在一起向負荷供電時，或者當一臺或多臺發電機組聯合在一起向電網供電時，需要加裝發電機并機/并網柜，系統才能達到聯合供電的要求，使發電機正常工作。
